A hiking and yoga adventure in the best kept secret of Spain! We grabbed our hiking boots and yoga mat and set out on a unique journey in the mountains of Asturias in Northern Spain. Our home away from home was a lovingly restored 15th Century farmhouse that looks onto stunning mountains and peaks. We explored the Asturias region by following local hiking trails along established footpaths, ancient trade routes, through narrow canyons, over mountain passes, along the Senda del Oso and into the lake district of Somiedo National Park while dining on local cuisine.
